Terms of Service These terms apply when you buy tickets from us through this ticket shop. By buying a ticket or using this checkout, you agree to them. Please read them before you complete your order. 1. Your order The price shown at checkout, including any fees and taxes, is the total we charge you. Your bank or payment provider may add their own charges that are outside our control and not part of this total, for example currency conversion or international transaction fees; those are between you and your provider. Once we confirm your order it is binding. Your tickets are issued digitally and made available in your account (on the web or in the app); you do not receive a paper ticket. We may send order confirmations and updates by email, but the tickets themselves live in your account. 2. Your tickets and entry Each ticket has a digital code (such as a QR code) used to enter the event. Keep your tickets and codes private. Anyone presenting a valid ticket may be admitted. Admission follows our event terms and the venue's rules; we or the venue may refuse entry or remove anyone who breaches them or the law. 3. Refunds and cancellations Tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final, unless we cancel the event or materially reschedule or relocate it, or where the law requires a refund. If an event we cancel does not take place, you are entitled to a refund of what you paid. We may offer more generous refund terms for a specific event; any such terms shown at checkout apply to your order. 4. Resale and transfer You may transfer or resell tickets only where we enable it and only through the channels we permit. Where resale is enabled, resold tickets are verified and transferred automatically, and any additional resale terms shown at checkout apply. 5. Your responsibilities You agree to give accurate information, to be old enough to make this purchase, not to use bots or automated means to buy tickets, to keep your account secure, and to follow our event terms and the law. 6. Changes to the event We may make minor changes to an event (for example timings, running order or a support act) without that giving rise to a refund. Material changes are covered by the refund section above. 7. Privacy We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. 8. Liability We are responsible for the event you buy a ticket for. As far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your tickets. This does not affect any rights you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you. 9. Availability We aim to keep the ticket shop available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and it may be unavailable during maintenance. 10. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version you accept at checkout applies to your order. 11. Governing law and your rights These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which we operate.
